IRON CITY FC ANNOUNCES HOMEGROWN AMBASSADOR PARTNERSHIP WITH Kenny Robinson Jr.

Iron City FC is proud to announce a new partnership with Pittsburgh native and former professional football standout Kenny Robinson Jr., who officially joins the club as a Homegrown Ambassador and long-term partner in the club’s future.
Born in Wilkinsburg, Robinson built one of the most unique paths in professional football, earning recognition at Imani Christian Academy before continuing his career at West Virginia Mountaineers football and eventually reaching the professional level through the NFL, XFL, and UFL.
Now, part of his focus shifts back toward Pittsburgh and helping build opportunities for the next generation.
This partnership represents more than sports. It represents hometown athletes investing back into hometown culture.
As a Homegrown Ambassador, Robinson will help support Iron City FC’s long-term vision of growing football culture, creating opportunities for youth athletes, and building a globally inspired club rooted directly in Pittsburgh identity.
His role with the club will include:
community engagement initiatives
youth mentorship opportunities
culture and media campaigns
sponsorship and partnership development
supporting future football events and projects connected to the city
Robinson will also help foster sponsorship relationships and business partnerships for Iron City FC through his professional network and connections as part of the club’s long-term growth strategy.
As part of the partnership, Iron City FC will also provide custom 7v7 uniforms for Robinson’s team, continuing the club’s mission of directly investing back into local athletes and football culture throughout Pittsburgh.
