The Iron City FC SC Youth Academy is committed to developing the next generation of soccer players both on and off the field. Our mission is to provide high-quality, affordable soccer training, games, and development while shaping confident Athlete, Leaders, & members of the community.
Unlike many clubs, we believe success isn’t measured only by win and trophies—it’s measured by the character our players develop throughout their journey.
Age Groups
To encourahe development with players at similar stages, our academy group’s teams and athletes within a 3-year age ranges:
U11 Academy
Ages 7-10
A fun engaging environment focused on fundamentals, free of play, coordination, confidence and developing a love for the game & ball.
u15 academy
ages 11-14
Players advance their technical skills, tactical awareness,decision-making, and teamwork, indivualism, creativity while competing in a challenging but supportive environment.
u19 & u18 academy
ages 15-18
Our highest level of youth development prepares players for high shcool, college, First Team, mateur and professinal opportunite through advanced training, leadership devlopment and competitive match play.
Affordable for Every Family
We beleive elite player development should be ccessible to every family.
Our Academy is proud to offer one of the most, if not the most affordable youth soccer programs on the East Coast of America. Our goal is to remove financial barriers so more young athletes have teh opportuninty to play, learn and grow.

Community is at the heart of Iron City FC.
Every Acadeny player and one parent or guardian commits to completing 10 hours of community service each season. Together, we’ll support local neighborhoods through volunteer projects, community cleanups, youth events, food drives, charitbable initatives, and other serivce opportunites.
This Commitment teaches responsibility, compassion, and pride in represnting the Iron City FC badge beyond the pitch.
