IRON CITY FC PARTNERS WITH RFND LIVING & PERFORMANCE
IRON CITY FC PARTNERS WITH RFND LIVING & PERFORMANCE
Refining the player beyond the pitch.
By Dead Air 412
Iron City FC has added another piece to its growing player-development ecosystem.
The club has officially partnered with Refined Living & Performance (RFND), bringing wellness, fitness, nutrition and performance resources to Iron City players.
But the partnership isn’t really about a logo.
It’s about a philosophy.
And it’s about the person behind RFND.
MEET KATELYN
RFND was founded by Katelyn, whose background is built around discipline, science and service.
She has spent 11 years serving in the Army on full-time military orders.
She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry Forensics, with minors in Biology and Criminal Justice, and has a background working with the Pennsylvania State Crime Lab.
That’s not the usual path into the wellness world.
But Katelyn didn’t create RFND simply to build another company.
She created it because she wanted to improve people’s lives by refining their daily habits.
And that’s where RFND and Iron City FC connect.
BEYOND THE 90 MINUTES
Football culture loves the visible parts of the game.
Goals.
Tackles.
Celebrations.
Results.
But the foundation of a player is built in the moments nobody sees.
What happens before training?
How does the player recover?
How do they approach nutrition?
What habits are they building?
Are they preparing their body for the next session?
Iron City FC’s partnership with RFND adds another resource to those conversations.
Players will have access to personalized wellness recommendations, fitness and performance resources, nutrition and wellness products, access to more than 400 products, special pricing and ongoing support.
The goal isn’t to tell every player that there is one perfect formula.
It’s to give them tools.
Tools to learn.
Tools to prepare.
Tools to recover.
Tools to refine their everyday routines.
WHY THIS MATTERS
Iron City FC has built its identity around Street DNA. Warrior Energy.
But being a warrior isn’t only about how hard you compete.
It’s also about how you take care of yourself.
It’s discipline when nobody is watching.
It’s preparation before the lights come on.
It’s understanding that the body you’re asking to compete has to be maintained.
That’s what makes this partnership bigger than a sponsorship.
Katelyn’s own story reflects that mentality.
Eleven years of military service requires discipline.
Her scientific education requires precision.
Her professional experience requires attention to detail.
And RFND takes those principles into a mission centered around helping people improve their daily lives.
Now that philosophy is becoming part of the Iron City player environment.
REFINING THE NEXT GENERATION
For the academy, this partnership carries an even bigger message.
Young players are learning more than formations and finishing.
They’re learning what it means to become an athlete.
That includes habits.
Consistency.
Recovery.
Wellness.
Preparation.
Responsibility.
The goal is not simply to produce players who can perform on game day.
It’s to help create athletes who understand what it takes to sustain performance over time.
Iron City FC is continuing to build that culture.
And RFND is now part of it.
IRON CITY FC × RFND LIVING & PERFORMANCE
Two organizations.
One shared idea:
You don’t always have to completely change who you are to become better. Sometimes you have to refine what you do every day.
Welcome to Iron City, Katelyn and RFND.
The work continues.
Street DNA. Warrior Energy.
